Events by AJ Good Friday Easter Market on 18th April.Held within The Village at Barleylands, the market is free to enter, has free parking and is dog friendly. Expect a variety of hot & cold food, fresh produce and crafts, plus lots of Easter treats.Browse our Village shops and studios, all open until 5pm. Don’t forget to take a walk around the shops and take part in the FREE Easter trail, allowing children to look for letters in windows and each child gets a prize. The shops are set across two floors on both sides of the Village.Entry to the market is FREE, if visiting the Farm Park or Football Golf, a ticket is required.Visiting Barleylands Farm Park for the Easter Holidays? Don’t forget to pop out and get your lunch from one of our stalls or Tiptree Tea Room. You are allowed to take food back onto the farm too and make use of the open space and picnic benches. Bubbles & Balloons May Half Term
Bubbles & Balloons Saturday 24th May – Sunday 1st June
Our customers loved Bubbles & Balloons so much, it was only right that we brought it back for 2025! This May half term, visit Skittleman and Colonel Custard for more magic, mayhem and the very popular bubble workshops! Plus the crazy duo will be doing balloons!

Farm Park Event
Barleylands Food & Farming Weekend
On Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June, Barleylands will be hosting a celebration of food and farming.
To give you a feel of what to expect of this weekend, we will be holding a local Farmer’s Market in The Village, showcasing the best of local and fresh produce. Over in our Farm Park, our guests will be able to learn and take part in farming traditions such as learning about harvesting and also have the opportunity for photographs in our Tractors.
There will be fun talks throughout the day, and even a chance to make your own bread roll. There will be lots more information and details shared in the coming weeks, so please keep an eye on our Social Media and Website.

For now, we are on the lookout for local businesses that would like to exhibit their produce and products. Are you any of the following, or do you know the perfect business that would like to take part?
- Green grocer
- Butcher (or a specialist in certain meat product?)
- Flowers and edible flowers
- Bread
- Savoury Snacks using locally grown produce
- Flour Miller
- Vineyard
- Small batch produce that could complement the above?
