It’s just three weeks until Mother’s Day and we are very excited to share a round up of ideas from The Village and Farm Park here at Barleylands.

- Unit Four Hair Colour Specialists have a selection of products and treatments that will make Mum feel like a Queen. Take a look at their socials to get you inspired. The Unit Four team are based in Studio 40 Ground Level of The Village, you can book an appointment with them or even shop their products on their website.
- Dewberry Boo, based in Studio 18 Ground Level of The Village have trinkets and treasures that can be personalised and painted in colours of your choice.
- There’s still time to book a Mother’s Day Photoshoot with Kate St Pier (based in Studio 30 Upper Level of The Village. They have just a few appointments left on the 9th and 15th March, so be quick to book. Bookings taken via messages on Instagram.
- Fill the home with amazing scents and personalise with a special message for Mum, based in Studio 20 Ground Level of The Village, you’ll find the wonderful Macy Hudson Home. Check out socials for ideas, or pop into the shop to check out the range!
- Sans Souci Kids have a selection of super cute and super cool outfits that you can dress little ones in that we think will be great to wear on Mother’s Day. Anthea, San Souci owner has also curated some matching outfits too. Come and take a look for yourself, Studio 3 Ground Level of The Village. Shop online too.
- Our resident Card Shop, Just for You by Sue has a beautiful selection of Mother’s Day cards, celebrate the Mother of your children, a Step Mum, Sue’s collection of cards make her the best in Essex. Even better, most can be personalised too.

- Peacock Pottery Barn have a choice of pottery and painting experiences that will make for a fun thing to make and do with Mum! Ideas and ways to book on their Socials and website.
- Did you know that our Farm Park have a wide range of Animal Experiences and also Gift Vouchers? Book an experience for Mum with her favourite animal or make it a full family day out!
Dining:
Barleylands is lucky to have the wonderful Magic Mushroom Restaurant. We would advise booking early to make sure you get your preferred time slot for Mother’s Day lunch. They are serving up a choice of their famous roasts and fish dishes.
Afternoon Teas are also being served at The Magic Mushroom!
Within The Village is Tiptree Tearooms where you will find a selection of savoury and sweet treats. Tiptree Tearoom is taking bookings for their Afternoon Tea too.
