May marks National Craft and Design Month and The Village will be celebrating in style with their annual Spring Fair.
With over 40 craft studios to explore plus a range of external craft and food exhibitors, the Spring Fair will give visitors the chance to learn a skill as well as discover what the local arts and craft shops have to offer. There will be a number of demonstrations taking place throughout the day meaning plenty of chances to get hands on and possibly find a new hobby or two.
Barleylands’ Phil Burrow said: “The Spring Fair is always a highlight in the Village calendar, it’s a great way for local residents to support small business, learn about crafting plus there’s a number of opportunities to learn a new skill or find a new hobby. Just like every year, the Spring Fair raises funds for a chosen charity – this year, profits will be going to The Essex Air Ambulance.”
The Spring Fair takes place on Sunday 27th May between 10am – 5pm at Barleylands Farm Park.
