We’re getting all set for Easter here at Barleylands, with a packed programme of fun events for all the family.
From seeing the Easter Bunny and taking part in hands-on animal activities to following our Giant Easter Egg Trail and biscuit decorating, you’re sure to have an egg-cellent day out! You can also visit our Animal Barn to see the lambing and all our other baby animals as we Step into Spring down on the farm.
The Easter Bunny will be doing his rounds every day to make sure our Giant Easter Egg Trail has something for everyone. The trail is self-guided and will be available throughout the day.
Barleylands’ Chris Philpot commented: “It’s going to be really egg-citing (sorry!) here at Barleylands over the Easter holidays. We’ve got so much on, and our Giant Easter Egg Trail is going to be very popular so we’re recommending people book soon. Spring is one of the best times down on the farm and with lambing and lots of newborns, make sure you come and pay us a visit!”
No Barleylands Easter activities would be complete without stopping by the Animal Barn. Lambing is still in full swing which means we have dozens of baby lambs for you to see and bottle-feed. With spring in the air, there are also lots of other baby animals to come and visit – don’t forget to tell us your favourite on our Facebook page!
We’ve also got all your favourite Barleylands regulars, from Snakes Alive in our Reptile House, to the Imperial Bird of Prey Academy, not to mention our jumping pillow, ball blasting arena and sensational slides.
Our full Step into Spring programme of Easter events bounces into life on Good Friday 30 March and runs until Sunday 15 April.
