Want to book something different for your employees and friends?  Why not try our new team building days.

Team building is a great way to bring people together.

By encouraging collaboration and teamwork, you will see increased communication and planning skills, not to mention seeing everyone in a different light!

Offering a memorable day full of fun, our friendly team will facilitate two hands on workshops extremely beneficial for everyone’s mental wellbeing.

Pasta challenge, butter making, and food quiz!

Do you know where your food comes from?  Enjoy a day on the farm learning about food production, take part in a ‘pasta’ challenge, making pasta from scratch using only British produce, churn your own butter (you will need lots of energy for this), and see how many questions you can answer based on the information shared by our award-winning education team.

There will of course be a stop for lunch provided by the Tiptree Tea Room located here at Barleylands (at an additional cost); and also some time to shop for some unique handmade gifts in the Barleylands Craft Village.

It really is the perfect day to unwind and have a great time bonding with colleagues!

Our Team Building Days are available to book Tuesday to Friday. Costs start from £25 per person.
