A Restaurant within The Village at Barleylands, the Magic Mushroom first opened it’s doors in 1996 by Darren Bennett. To this day, Darren remains the Head Chef as well as being the proud owner of this beautiful restaurant. Darren has earned a reputation as one of the leading chefs in the area. The Magic Mushroom has a fantastic reputation for serving fine British and Mediterranean cuisine using locally sourced and organic produce, turning into fresh ingredients. The restaurant is popular all throughout the week for lunch time and evening sittings, a firm favourite of locals and those that often travel specifically to dine in this wonderful relaxed atmosphere.

- Wednesday – Saturday: 12.00pm – 12.00am
- Sunday: 12.00pm – 7.00pm
Children under 8 years are welcome to dine in the restaurant for Lunch and between 5.00pm and 7.00pm for Dinner. Highchairs are also available so that adults and children alike can enjoy dining together.
